I have an idea, but don’t know where to start!

Look through our previous work. Contact me. Send me ideas and other logos you like. Tell me about your brand, your business and your colors. I will create a Custom Logo Design that you will be proud to show off.

what kind of files do i receive with my order?

You will receive all the files you will need for web and print. You will receive files on a transparent background in .png format, 3000 px wide, 300 dpi. This format will be able to be scaled up or down for your printing needs without losing print quality. You also will receive this same size logo in .jpg format on a white background and in .jpg format, 3000 px wide, 72 dpi for web and online use. This format will be able to be scaled down for your online use needs.

I want to change something after I receive my first proof.

We are happy to work with you to make you beyond happy with your new logo, and are happy to offer revisions.

do you print anything at SCP design co?

No, we do not print anything, we only offer a design service. We are more than happy to recommend printers for items such as business cards, stationary and other similar marketing materials.

how long will my design take?

Custom designed logos will be given a timeframe once contracted, but timeframe is usually 72 hours once the finalized design has been agreed upon.

Please note: If a design is purchased and a client fails to respond or approve proofs with no response for 30 days, files will be sent as is and the design will be marked complete.

Do you offer refunds?

We strive to make you 100% happy and we are extremely easy to work with. We want to provide you with the design you expect in the amount of time you expect. Because we stand behind our commitment and do stick behind our service and design, we do not offer refunds.

I need help, fast Do you offer a rush service?

We do, but the fee varies depending upon our schedule, turnaround time and demands of the job. Please contact us and please put “rush service” in the additional message box.
